How DaCodes helped Auronix expand its development team and deliver enterprise chatbot solutions

About Auronix
Auronix is Mexico's leading communications platform provider, helping businesses connect with their customers through popular messaging channels like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Apple Messages. They needed to grow their development team quickly to keep up with the increasing demand for their services.

Challenge
Auronix needed a team with expertise in Node.js, Full Stack JavaScript, and ReactJS/NextJS, along with the ability to quickly learn their custom Java framework. They also required support for Salesforce integration and AWS cloud solutions to enhance their existing systems. To meet these challenges, we assembled a team of 15 software engineers and a project manager who played a key role in building chatbots for major clients like Grupo Salinas and GEPP.
They also implemented customer journey tracking to improve user engagement and assisted in migrating systems from legacy technology to modern platforms. By addressing these challenges, we helped Auronix streamline operations, enhance customer interactions, and future-proof their technology stack.
