Pricing model

How we charge.

No hours. No price list. Four components and one signed KPI.

Why outcomes, not hours

We do not sell hours.

  1. 01

    Hours reward slowness.

We get paid for the ticket that got resolved.

  2. 02

A price list would be wrong for you.

Every deployment has a different core system and baseline.

  3. 03

    The KPI decides the scale-up.

Our margin lives in the agents that stay in production.

KPI Contract

The number decides what gets invoiced.

  1. 01

Discovery is at no cost. The Blueprint and the pilot are fixed fees, never hours.

  2. 02

If the KPI is missed: no scale-up fee, no retainer, and you keep everything built.

Target hit

Scale-up and the managed retainer are invoiced.

Target missed

No scale-up fee, no retainer. You keep the code.

4.3 Consequence and fees

Illustrative. Your KPI is set in the Blueprint.

Wording under legal review, Sep 2026

  1. 4.3.1Commitment gate. The KPI committed in clause 4.2 is read at the end of the pilot, over its last 30 days, with the raw data shared.
  2. 4.3.2If the target is missed. No scale-up fee and no retainer are invoiced, and the client keeps the code, prompts, evals and runbooks built to that date.

Outcome component

How we define the billable event.

The definition of the event is the price. We write it with you, before anyone signs.

Good definitions

  • A tier 1 ticket closed with no human touch and no reopen within 7 days.

    Auditable in your helpdesk.

  • An invoice posted to SAP with every mandatory field validated.

Posted, not processed. The ERP is the referee.

Bad definitions

  • A conversation.

    Every greeting becomes an invoice.

  • A ticket touched by the agent.

    Escalations count as wins.

  1. 01The share applies to the whole monthly volume at steady state.
  2. 02The agent's run cost is not subtracted here.
  3. 03No ramp: a Library agent needs 2 to 4 weeks of tuning.
  4. 04Payback counts from the first month in production.
  5. 05Defaults are typical targets from KPI Contracts, DaCodes, Sep 2026.
