Terms of use

The rules for using this site: what it is for, what you can do with its content, what we promise and what we do not, and which law applies.

Last updated:

Questions:

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of this site and its content, including the English version and the Spanish version under /es. By browsing the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is operated by DaCodes, based in Mérida, Yucatán, México.

2. What the site is for

This site presents AI Agents by DaCodes: the platform, the Agent Library, our deployment model and the published cases, so you can decide whether to talk to us. Nothing on the site is a binding offer. Scope, price, timelines and the KPI Contract of any engagement are agreed in a separate written proposal and contract.

3. Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage it or interfere with other visitors. In particular you agree not to:

  • Try to access areas, systems or data that are not intentionally made public.
  • Send forms with a false identity, on behalf of someone who did not authorize you, or with unlawful or abusive content.
  • Overload the site with automated requests beyond what robots.txt and llms.txt allow.

Indexing and answering questions with our public content is welcome: AI assistants and search engines may read the site under robots.txt and cite it with attribution.

4. Content and figures

We make an effort to keep the content accurate and dated. Every figure on the site carries its source and date; results belong to the case and the period stated and do not predict the result of another company. Agents labeled "Reference architecture" show typical targets, not measured results. We may change or remove content at any time.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its design, texts, diagrams, code samples and the DaCodes marks, including AI Agents by DaCodes, belong to DaCodes or its licensors. Client names and marks belong to their owners and appear with their permission or as public references of work done.

You may quote and share the content of the site for information purposes with a link to the source. You may not copy the site, resell its content or use our marks to suggest an endorsement we did not give.

6. Forms and communications

When you send a form we process your data as described in the privacy notice. We reply in under one business day. Sending a form does not create a client relationship.

The site links to third-party pages and uses third-party tools (for example HubSpot forms, the analytics tools listed in the privacy notice or WhatsApp) that have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. No warranties, in plain language

The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it online, accurate and secure, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors and interruptions. The information is general and is not legal, financial or technical advice for your specific situation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DaCodes is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or from decisions taken based on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid, if any, to use the site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of México. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Mérida, Yucatán, México, and you waive any other jurisdiction that may apply because of your present or future domicile.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is published on this page with its date, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms: hola@dacodes.com.
