Soriana (trade name of Tiendas Soriana, S.A. de C.V., subsidiary ofOrganización Soriana S.A.B. de C.V.) is a Mexican supermarket and warehouse chain, founded in 1968 with nationwide coverage. They came to DaCodes because the delivery drivers were not having the best experience with their application, which is why they had to redesign and develop new functionalities in it.
Based on the experience of the design team, an Android developer and a Backend developer, the best practices in the sector were proposed and together we managed to achieve an adequate design and development so that the team could focus on applying the required solution in terms of the necessary functionalities for the timely delivery of orders placed by users and their monitoring by the delivery people.
It has been possible to collaborate on the project for more than a year. Iterating and making constant improvements to the application to keep pace with the requirements of a constantly changing company like Soriana.
