Palace Resorts, recognized for its exceptional service and comfort, has set the standard for five-star vacations in Mexico and Jamaica with its ten beachfront resorts.
The challenge was to design a digital platform that allows them to facilitate the internal mobility of employees so that they can prepare and apply for new positions within the hotel chain in an agile and fun way.
To create this project, we followed research, planning and design processes to achieve the best possible results. We are in charge of product definition, UI/UX design, and frontend and backend development based on the needs and goals communicated by the Palace Resorts team.
To create Palace Resorts we applied the SCRUM methodology, focusing on incremental development through phases.
The project was well executed. They met all deadlines and deliveries on time.
