As a Software Engineer, Co-CEO, and Co-Founder of DaCodes, Carlos Vela spearheads the company's technological and commercial strategy, ensuring its sustainable growth. His expertise in software development, digital transformation, and project management, coupled with his knowledge of technologies like NodeJS, Swift, PHP, Java, and AWS, makes him a key leader for innovation at DaCodes. Carlos motivates and guides the development team, fostering a culture of excellence and the implementation of agile methodologies. Jorge Campos, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of DaCodes, is an industrial engineer graduated from Universidad Anáhuac with a strong background in entrepreneurship from Babson College. At DaCodes, Jorge drives sales and the Talent Augmentation strategy, in addition to overseeing general administration. His passion for innovation and his commitment to the success of DaCodes are reflected in his perseverance and ability to achieve ambitious goals.

Pia Eggers is the Director of People and Culture at DaCodes, an experienced leader in Human Resources and a specialist in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. She has been instrumental in transforming DaCodes from a local team of 30 people in Mérida, Yucatán, to a global workforce of over 200 remote professionals in Latin America. Pia has led the HR team, implemented effective onboarding and training programs, managed compensation and benefits initiatives, and maintained vital client relationships. Her passion lies in fostering a positive work culture and nurturing talent within the company.

Rodrigo Loeza, Sales Director at DaCodes, is an expert in translating client needs into customized technological solutions. With a consultative approach, he guides clients in transforming their needs into specific technical requirements or software products. His experience allows him to identify each client's unique challenges and design solutions that drive their success, optimize operations, and foster growth.

Eric Segovia, VP of Engineering, leads DaCodes' technical team, ensuring excellence in development and quality. With experience in sales, recruitment, and development, Eric ensures DaCodes has the right talent and delivers high-quality solutions. He's a Mechatronic Engineer with expertise in Android, Project Management, and AWS, holding various certifications including AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Architecture Associate, and more.

Leydi López is a professional with over 10 years of experience in business administration, holding a Master's degree in Human Capital Development and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Administration. Her experience encompasses financial management, strategic planning, human resources, and process improvement. She has worked in the academic, service, and IT sectors, developing skills in technological project management, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and working in multicultural environments within DaCodes.

Head of Finance and US Revenue at DaCodes. As Head of Finance, Alejandro Hynds is responsible for creating DaCodes' financial reporting, including income statements and KPIs, for both internal use and external stakeholders. Additionally, Alejandro embodies the responsibility of being the Key Account Manager for US clients and is in charge of increasing DaCodes' presence in the USA. He has expertise in financial reporting, B2B software, SaaS, recurring revenue, VC/PE, and much more.

Diana Rubio is the Talent Acquisition Leader and IT Recruiter at DaCodes. As a recruiter, she becomes an ambassador for our institution, passionately and humanely conveying the essence of DaCodes. Her approach goes beyond talent searching; it involves providing an exceptional recruitment experience and guidance to candidates. She is passionate about helping people find jobs they love. Her professional background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Management and Business Administration.

Joel Alanis, leads project management at DaCodes, ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions. He has experience in strategic planning, resource management, project execution and oversight, effective communication, and quality control. Joel is proficient in both agile and traditional methodologies, manages teams and risks, and stays abreast of the latest technologies. He holds certifications in IIBA, SMPC, AWS Partner, RWPC, BMCEPC, BIFPC, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Estefanía Cairella, as Marketing Director of DaCodes, is a strategic communication expert with extensive experience in traditional and digital communication campaigns. Her work encompasses everything from content creation to lead experience personalization in CRM funnels, asset and downloadable management, audiovisual material production, and more, both for DaCodes and DaCodes Academy. Her strategic focus is on positioning DaCodes as a leader in the global technology market.
