Every build is sized before it starts.

An FAQ assistant and a voice agent that books appointments are both called “agents.” One takes days, the other takes weeks. So each request becomes a Build Card with scope, systems, acceptance criteria and an hour estimate. You approve it before a single hour is used.

  • AI model usage and third-party software run on your accounts and are paid to the providers at cost. We set budgets and alerts. Prefer one invoice? We manage it at cost + 10%.
  • Work beyond your monthly hours: extra hours in packs of 10, or a fixed-price project at member pricing.
  • Travel for on-site visits, at cost.
  • Telephony and messaging fees for voice and WhatsApp agents, at cost.
  • Not included: ERP or CRM implementations from scratch, large data migrations, hardware, compliance audits and legal advice.
  • 24/7 on-call for customer-facing agents: $1,500 a month (Partner and Department).
